Trenton, NJ | October 2026 — Medina Health Center is pleased to announce that Muneeb Ghani has joined its Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in financial management, technology leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and nonprofit organizational management.

Ghani is an accomplished executive, management consultant, and advisor with a strong background in the insurance industry, specializing in life and annuity insurance and property and casualty reinsurance. A former EY and Accenture professional, he has spent his career advising and leading large financial services organizations through periods of significant change.

His experience includes overseeing budgets exceeding $60 million, executing mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through post-close integration, and leading complex transformation programs across front- and back-office functions, with particular depth in the Risk and Finance disciplines and a deep understanding of financial controls.

Known for his business acumen, Ghani has extensive experience in building and developing high-performing teams, leading change management initiatives, and driving the adoption of new technologies and operating models across large organizations.

In addition to his corporate experience, Ghani brings valuable knowledge of nonprofit management, strategic planning, and organizational development. His leadership emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and community engagement.

His appointment adds financial, transactional, and strategic expertise to Medina's Board as the organization continues its commitment to providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare to individuals and families throughout Trenton and surrounding communities.
