Medina Health Center Welcomes Two Esteemed Leaders to Its Board of Directors 

Trenton, NJ – December 2025 - Medina Health Center proudly announces the appointment of two distinguished professionals, Colleen DiClaudio and Al Altomari, to its Board of Directors, making an exciting milestone in its mission to advance health equity in Trenton.  

Colleen DiClaudio, Founder and Board Member of Nuvem, is a trailblazer in healthcare innovation, developing solutions to improve operational efficiencies and expand access to care. Her work focuses on equitable, patient-centered healthcare for marginalized communities, making her a valuable addition to Medina’s vision of inclusive care.  

Al Altomari, CEO of Agile Therapeutics, brings decades of leadership in pharmaceutical innovation, with a focus on improving women's health and expanding healthcare access. His expertise will support Medina’s efforts to enhance community health services.
