Joyce E. Campbell serves as Senior Development Consultant at Medina Health Center, where she leads fundraising, builds strategic partnerships, and strengthens long-term sustainability. Joyce is a widely respected nonprofit leader with decades of service in Trenton. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and previously held leadership roles at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton. Her career has focused on the social determinants of health, including hunger relief, housing, behavioral health, and family support. Joyce’s collaborative, dignity-centered approach aligns with Medina’s belief that healthcare is inseparable from the food, housing, and community networks that support individuals and families. Her appointment supports Medina’s growth and our commitment to healthcare equity in Mercer County.
